Classic Fashion Mannequin Cake (1337)
We were happy to participate again in this years cake competition called “Art of Cake Design” sponsored by the Somerset Art Association in Bedminister, NJ. We were also especially excited to meet Slyvia Weinstock who was a judge at the event along with our friend Colette Peters.
Our mannequin cake also won the “Show Stopper” award at the event – similar to the award we won with our party dress cake back in 2008.
The cake flavors included carrot cake with meyer lemon buttercream. Michelle left us this great feedback after tasting the carrot cake:
… yesterdays carrot cake at the Somerset Luncheon was the best I’ve ever had.
