Roxana’s 1st Birthday Cake

Roxana had her first birthday this weekend at the Chimney Rock Inn in Bridgewater, NJ. We worked with her mother to create this 4 tier cake inspired by a smaller cake we created late last year.

Cupcake topper with cherry on top

The top of the cake includes a sculpted jumbo cupcake. The cupcake has a cherry on top along with a sparkly pink rolled number “1″. The cake is decorated in several pastel color tones include green, yellow lavender purple and pink.

Other highlights include rolled fondant balls at the base of each tier, rolled fondant lollipops and a sparkly light pink bow with tails in the center of the cake

Cake flavors and fillings included vanilla polka dot cake with vanilla buttercream, chocolate with oreos and cream buttercream, our signature pink velvet with raspberry chambord and vanilla with fresh strawberry filling.
