We were asked to create this 3-tier round lavender cake for a 65th surprise birthday party. The theme was French/Parisian and the color scheme was lavender, expresso & cream. The cake was topped off with an over-sized ivory sugar flower rose. We delivered the cake to Three West Club in New York City.
