Laptop Birthday Cake
We had a Christmas party this weekend…and it happened to fall on my husband’s 29th birthday. So of course I had to make him a cake! Since he is a computer enthusiast…I found it fitting to make a laptop! This laptop cake was filled with our new flavor - pistachio cake with chai tea buttercream filling.
We also created some cupcakes for the party.

Thanks LeAnne. I recently entered the George Debouef contest, but unfortunately did not win. We hope to get the opportunity to do a Food Network cake challenge in the near future…
