Hydrangea Wedding Cake
Posted to All Pastries, Wedding Cakes on Saturday, August 30th, 2008.Ivory fondant with blue sugar hydrangeas decorate this 4 tier hexagon wedding cake. We created the cake for our friends’ wedding at the Madison Hotel in Morristown, NJ. The flavors of the cake include red velvet cake with cream cheese and lemon filling and vanilla cake with hazlenut frangelico.
