I knew about your creation recently in Nov 2009, I;m not a person good with computers… after that I subscribe and yr updates all the time… I enjoy your blog and website very much…very inspirational. recently I finish learning Wilton 3 … of course the program is nothing compare to what you are doing. With the basic skill I learned from Wilton, I could understand your creation better. very inspired by your team… I practice weekly and learn from your creation. I am way too far from you (in Singapore) and its a pity I am unable to attend yr class. I enjoy attending baking or cake decorating class… I want to know the exact of cake decorating…especially the do and dons. Thanks for sharing.

I LOVE your Blog and cakes. I have been decorating cakes for years (self taught) for family and friends but have always used Butter Cream. I have just begun working with fondant. Have always been scared! LOL! Plus, I have a really hard knowing exactly how thin to roll it and actually rolling it out thin enough and then transfering it! So will keep trying. My niece wants me to make her cake for her 13th birthday so I am going to try and do something like your High Heel Birthday cake…I wish you were closer! I’d just order it from you! LOL! Thanks again for sharing your work and inspiring those who do this as a hobby.

I have been looking at your Blog everyday for the past two months as I was looking for some inspiration for making a topsy turvy cake . I have since made seven for orders and have another twenty six to go . I live in England and topsy turvy cakes have yet to catch on keep up the good work
