Happy Birthday Cake
Posted to All Pastries, Celebration Cakes, Novelty Cakes on Sunday, February 17th, 2008.My brother Serge turned 33 today and to celebrate his birthday we created this pot of ravioli cake. My brother loves ravioli, especially Maria’s ravioli from Wayne, NJ. And since his wife made delicious ravioli for his birthday celebration – we thought this cake would be perfect! The pan was filled with Serge’s favorite – chocolate cake with oreos and cream filling.
