2010 Topsy Turvy Graduation Cake

It’s that time of year again. Graduation parties and of course delicious cake This 3 tier round topsy truvy cake is topped with a green graduation cap with a yellow tassel hanging off the side. The front of the cap reads “Class of 2010″.

The base of the cap includes a rolled diploma. Underneath the cap includes a polka dotted cake with mementos that have meanting to the graduate including comedy and tragedy theater masks, a playbill and and old fashioned shaving blade. We also worked in the graduates dog and cat Flavors and fillings included red velvet with vanilla buttercream, chocolate with peanut butter buttercream and marble with oreo buttercream.
