Graduation Cake – Class of 2009

It’s that time of year again. Graduation parties and of course delicious cake 
This 4 tier topsy turvy cake is topped with a blue graduation cap and tassel. For the second tier we incorporated the college colors (American University – Royal Blue & Red) with American mementos around the side of the tier. The third tier included polka dots with additional mementos including an iphone, workout equipment and laptop. The bottom tier included colors of the graduates high school Plymouth Whitemarsh and additional items like the school emblem, school mascot and tennis racket.
We also created several matching graduation cap cookies for the graduate.
