Going off to College Cake (1995)

Topsy Turvy Graduation Cap cake

This weekend we provided a topsy turvy graduation cap cake for a graduation party at Maruzzella Restaurant in New York City.  The base of the tier includes the graduate with long straight blonde hair in a silver cap and gown holding her college’s pennant.

Flavors & fillings included vanilla with oreos and cream buttercream and  red velvet with vanilla buttercream.
