Gluten-Free Gerbera Daisy Wedding Cake (1637)
Ivory fondant with gerber daisies and vines highlight this four tier round wedding cake. A moulin rouge like cutout design was created on the 2nd tier while the third tier includes polka dots. We use burgundy, black and gold accents for the cakes color scheme.
Flavors included gluten free coconut cake with hazelnut and nutella buttercream, red velvet with raspberry chambord buttercream, carrot with lemon cream cheese and chocolate cake with peanut butter and oreos and cream buttercream. The cake was delivered to the Liberty House in Jersey City, NJ.
