Red Anemone Topped Wedding Cake

Marie reached out to us to help design a gluten free wedding cake for her wedding this weekend in Collingswood, NJ. The cake is covered in a subtle yellow fondant with darker green bands at the base of each tier. The top of the round three tier wedding cake includes a red Anemone flower with a dark brown center.

Marie liked our damask stencil designs and especially liked this damask wedding cake we created last year. We worked in very similar purple stencil designs into her wedding cake.

Flavors and fillings included gluten free cocount with raspberry chambord and pistachio with chocolate buttercream.
