WoW! I just found this site through a friend. All I can say is wow. These cakes are absolutly *Gorgeous* I know where I am going to get my wedding cake done I love your site and I am adding it to my favorite’s. Keep up the amazing work. I am going to share this link with my friends & family.
Found your site through Joanne Levy, a writer. Amazing cakes! I just read a book you’d enjoy, a novel called “Eat Cake” by Jeanne Ray. A fun, breezy summer read for when you aren’t elbow deep in flour. I can imagine you’re overwhelmed with “Lucky 7″ wedding cakes.
My 3 girls have autism and eat a gluten/casein free diet. I make their cakes without wheat or milk or artificial colors. Did you know that a drop of blueberry juice turns frosting the perfect sickly gray for a manatee cake? LOL!
Thanks so much for your email! I’ll definitely look into that book - I do have a vacation coming up next month! Yes 7/7/07 was a big day indeed - but it’s over now - thankfully!
Wow - congratulations on delving into the whole gluten/casein free baking arena…it’s challenging! But I’m sure the smiles on your daughters’ faces make it all worthwhile.
Thanks again for your note!
