Wedding Cupcake Stand

This wedding cupcake stand with topper was inspired by a photo sent by the bride. Unfortunately we do not have original credit for the topper design and welcome any help from our fans to identify the original artist.

The topper is covered in light pink fondant and covered with ivory paneling. The front of the topper is highlighted with a pink filigree cutout design.

Over 200 cupcakes were included with lace filigree holders. Flavors and fillings included red velvet with vanilla buttercream and vanilla with vanilla buttercream. We delivered the stand, cupcakes and topper cake to studio 450 in Manhattan.

Wedding Cupcake Tower Cake

A couple from Mendham, NJ reached out to us about creating them a wedding cupcake cake tower for their wedding. The top cake tier is covered in fuchsia fondant with metallic gold piped details. A deep purple fondant band decorates the base of the tier

Our small cupcake tier was included with 80 cupcakes in gold liners. Flavors and fillings included vanilla with coconut buttercream and raspberry chambord buttercream.

Garden Themed Cupcake Tree

In our most popular cake section we have one of my favorite cakes – it’s a four tier 1st communion cake with several springtime flowers. The cake has almost an ethereal feel to it and my favorite part of the cake is the faded cross on the second tier.

This cake has inspired several other cakes including this springtime garden cupcake stand pictured above. The top of the stand included a topper cake with a floral bunch which matched the client’s centerpieces. In the floral bunch were orange roses, fuchsia peonies, green ranunculus and green leaves. The entire topper cake was covered in celadon green with white cutout swirls, painted grass and piped scroll work with orange and fuchsia dot accents.

Springtime Garden Baptism Cupcake Tier

Flavors and fillings included red velvet with vanilla buttercream. Along with the stand and topper cake we included 110 cupcakes in assorted flavors included vanilla, chocolate, red velvet, marble and banana. Vanilla buttercream dyed orange, green and fuchsia pink topped each cupcake to coordinate with the topper cake.

Wedding Cupcake Tower with Topper Cake

The topper for this wedding cupcake tower is covered in fuchsia fondant and includes the bride and groom decked out in the outfits for their reception. Philanopsis orchid flowers in lime green and purple adorn the top of the cake.

Wedding Cupcake Tower

Jodie contacted us nearly a year ago asking if we create a cupcake stand similar to our cherry blossom cupcake tower for her wedding in NYC.

We incorporated the couple’s flowers on the topper cake which included orchids and anemones in purples, pinks, greens and white. The colors were coordinated with the rest of the color themes in her wedding. In all, 160 cupcakes were created which we paired with our large cupcake stand. Flavors for the cupcakes included marble cake with vanilla buttercream and raspberry chambord buttercream dyed purple.

My husband and I are celebrating our first wedding anniversary today and last night we ate some of the cake that sat atop our cupcake tower. After hearing horror stories from other people who ate their cake after a year we were pleasantly surprised ours was still moist and delicious, even after 365 of being in the freezer. Thank you so much, Pink Cake Box! And still, to this day, our guests are still telling us how much they loved the cupcakes. Thanks again!

We received a great set of photos of our multi-tier custom 8 tier wedding cupcake stand from David and Amy Lau Photography. This tower was custom built for the wedding and included a two tier rose wedding cake topper with swiss dots.

Pink Ombre Wedding Cake Tiers

We created this cupcake setup for a wedding at the Grand Summit Hotel in Summit, NJ. Each stand is decorated in pink shaded cupcakes that gradually get lighter as the eye moves up the stand. The cake toppers are covered in pink hydrangeas and a navy monogram.

In total we included 270 cupcakes with about half decorated with hydrangeas on top. The flavors included vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream, pink velvet cake with raspberry chambord buttercream and coconut cake with pineapple buttercream.

We are thrilled to get another photo of our wedding cupcake stand to post to the blog. We delivered this cupcake display to Plainfield Country Club in Edison, NJ. The stand held 125 red velvet and vanilla cupcakes. Atop the stand was a topper cake with ivory fondant and swiss dots.
