Golf Themed Wedding Anniversary Cake

The top of this 3 tier round cake includes a man and women holding hands wearing their golf outfits with golf clubs. Behind them is a golf hole with a flag celebrating their 35th anniversary. We decorated the bottom tier with argyle print and the flavors included pink velvet with raspberry chambord, chocolate cake with oreo buttercream and vanilla cake with cappuccino buttercream.

50th Anniversary Wedding Cake

This anniversary cake was a surprise for a couple who were celebrating their 50th anniversary. We recreated the bride and groom as they appeared in their wedding photo from 1959. We commemorated the golden anniversary with gold cummerbunds and detailed important parts of their life with scrapbook like tiles. The cake included red velvet cake with vanilla buttercream, carrot cake with lemon cream cheese filling and chocolate cake with raspberry chambord filling.

For our clients 30th anniversary we created this 3 tier round cake. The cake is highlighted with pearl decorations including piped pearls at the base of each tier and different size flowers with pearl trails.

Flavors included white cake with a thin layer of raspberry preservers and chocolate ganache. We delivered the cake to Bensi Restaurant in Old Bridge, NJ.

Ivory fondant with gold and pearl sparkle detail decorates this three tier anniversary wedding cake. On the top tier a clear crystal brooch highlights the center of the gold fondant sugar ribbon. The cake flavors included chocolate cake with oreo filling, vanilla cake with hazelnut and red velvet cake with lemon cream cheese. We delivered the cake to the Molly Pitcher Inn in Red Bank, NJ.

A year ago we created this wedding dress inspired cake. To celebrate the couple’s 1st year anniversary we replicated the top tier. It is a chocolate cake filled with oreos and cream buttercream.

We created this cake for my sister-in-laws parents 40th anniversary at Aldo’s Restaurant in Wyckoff, NJ. Inside was red velvet with cream cheese filling.

This cake was designed for a couple’s vow renewal. The text is from their wedding song – Phantom of the Opera. The top tier is an almond cake filled with raspberry preserves and marizpan. The middle tier is a white cake filled with chocolate custard. The bottom tier is chocolate cake filled with vanilla custard.

59th Anniversary Replica Cake

We were recently asked to do a cake for a 59th Anniversary. We used their wedding cake photo from 1947 to create a similar style cake.

It may be difficult to tell from the photo, but the style of our replica cake was similar to the older cake. The top layer is white cake with raspberry filling and the bottom two are chocolate cake with chocolate filling.
