12 Tier Round Wedding Cake

Yesterday we delivered one of our largest cakes ever to St. Peter’s Episcopal Church in Morristown, NJ.

Each cake tier was separated by silk covered separators. The cake flavors included chocolate ganache with 1 layer of pistachio buttercream and red velvet cake with lemon cream cheese. The silk colors matched the colors of the wedding and included magenta, purple, turquoise, green, orange and red. The client provided the monogram for the middle tier.

We delivered this 4 tier flower wedding cake to the Park Avenue Club in NJ for a spring wedding. The wedding cake includes a monogram and red roses, orchids and cala lilies.

This weekend we attended a wedding for our friends Greg and Barbie at the Madison Hotel in NJ. The black and white design on the second tier was created to match the couple’s damask patterned invitation. The cake flavors included red velvet cake with lemon cream cheese and chocolate cake with peanut butter filling.

4 Tier Monogrammed Wedding Cake

Burgundy satin ribbons and antique white sugar roses decorate this 4 tier square wedding cake. Each tier is decorated with piped dot swirls while a monogram highlights the middle tier. Inside the wedding cake was red velvet cake with hazelnut and chocolate filling.

This unique wedding cake was themed off the Scrabble board game. The bride and groom used to play together over the internet while the groom was stationed in Iraq. We emphasized the letter K because the bride and groom both have names starting with K. Each tier contains lettered scrabble tiles forming the words marriage, love, laughter & family.

Pictured below is a two tier wedding cake covered in red fondant and decked out with giant white ostrich feathers and crystal toppers. This cake was included as part of our dessert ensemble for a wedding at the Hamilton Farm Country Club in Gladstone, NJ.

Ivory fondant with pale pink bows highlight this wedding cake that we delivered to the Basking Ridge Country Club in NJ. The top tier with the pink bow top was vanilla cake with raspberry chambord filling. The 2nd tier was carrot cake with cream cheese filling, the 3rd tier was chocolate cake with oreos and chocolate ganache and the bottom tier was lemon cake with vanilla and raspberry chambord filling. To finish the cake off, we added the couple’s monogram with white luster.

This wedding cake also includes yellow cake with strawberries & vanilla custard and yellow cake with chocolate custard. Chocolate and dark pink ribbons surround each tier. The client provided the monogrammed topper.
