First Communion Spring Themed Cake

Spring is the theme behind this 3 tier first communion cake. Butterflies, ladybugs and Gerbera daises with light colors like pastel pink, lavender and light green highlight the spring theme. The flavors included chocolate cake with cannoli filling, pink velvet cake with two layers of cannoli and one layer of vanilla mousse filling and chocolate ganache with chocolate mousse filling.

Sandra sent me a photo of the cake and this wonderful email. We are happy the cake was a hit!

First Communion Cupcake Topper

It’s that time of year again when we start getting many more first holy communion cake requests. This cupcake tree cake topper is our first topper done for a first communion celebration. Atop the cake lies a bible and silver rosary. With the topper we also included vanilla, chocolate and red velvet cupcakes each topped with silver piped crosses.

This communion cake includes 2 birds on topping holding a banner which reads “God Bless Grace & Tyler”. We included baby blue and silver vertically across the top tier. And the bottom tier is covered in baby blue fondant with white and silver polka dots. The falvors included red velvet with raspberry chambord and vanilla cake with cannoli filling.

Heather was kind enough to leave us a comment about the cake. This may be the first time one of our cakes has made someone cry

The cake was ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS! I kid you not when I say that people just could not get over that cake! My mother actually cried, yes CRIED, when she saw it. Now anything that can bring her to tears just has to be out of this world fantastic. Not to mention it was yummy beyond belief

We delivered this two-tier cross cake with oreo’s and cream filling to the Park Avenue Club for a first communion celebration.

This pink and white first holy communion cake was decorated with sugar butterflies. It has three tiers of vanilla cake filled with hazelnut, oreos and cream, and raspberry chambord filling.

This two tier white fondant cake has pale pink bands and bow on the base of each tier. One pearly pink butterfly is perched on each tier with a touch of blue on the wings. A silver piped cross was piped on the top tier. The flavors included vanilla cake with oreos and cream and vanilla cake with raspberry chambord filling.

This is a moist white cake filled with one layer of ganache and one layer of whipped cream and strawberries. The communion cake is decorated with a fondant flowered cross and covered in white fondant.
