Merry Christmas! At Pink Cake Box, we hope everyone has a happy, healthy and safe holiday season!

To help celebrate Christmas here’s one of my favorite cakes of the week – a 2 tiered topsy turvy round Christmas cake. The tiers were decorated to match white birch bark with patches of snow at the base of each tier. At the top includes holly with red berries. The cake was vanilla cake with chocolate buttercream.

These Christmas gift box cakes were for a retirement party. There were three different cake flavors – one red velvet with cream cheese, another was yellow cake with vanilla buttercream and the final gift was chocolate cake with peanut butter filling.
