Baby Blue Christening Cake

This christening cake was inspired by the celebration’s invitation. The top and bottom tiers have a dot pattern while the middle tier is fashioned with a pillow pattern cutout. We used white and light blue colors and the cake included a monogram on the middle tier. Flavors included carrot cake with lemon cream cheese, chocolate cake with peanut butter buttercream and banana cake with chocolate buttercream.

This topper cake celebrated the christening of GianCarlo. The topper cake was setup on our 5 tier cupcake stand with 50 cupcakes including chocolate, vanilla and red velvet. We delivered everything to Tosca Marquee in Bronx, NY.

Christening Gown Cake

Back in January we created a Pram Baby Shower cake for a baby shower at the Ridgewood Country Club. The same client reached out to us again asking if we could create a confection for her baby boy’s christening.

Inspired by our party dress cake, she sent us a picture of her baby boy’s christening gown. We decided to recreate the christening gown on a dress form. The recreation included eyelet details, little booties and a cascading blue ribbon. Inside the cake was almond cake with amaretto filling.

We received wonderful feedback from the baby boy’s mother:

Anne – what can I say? The cake was outrageous!!! I absolutely loved it and so did all of my guests. You’ve done it once again, you’ve taken this little idea in my head and created a gorgeous cake to mimic it and it was, once again, spectacular.

Thank you so very much for making such a yummy, yummy cake that was also the hit of the party – after Max of course ; – )

Christening cupcakes and cookies

Our cookie, cupcake and topper cake combination is becoming popular for weddings, showers and dhristenings. For this set, we created cross cookies, cross topped cupcakes and a white and pink topper cake. Each cookie was wrapped with cellophane and a pink bow. The topper cake was adorned with a pink fondant bow, swiss dots and a pink polka dotted cross. For the event, we included our 5 tier cupcake stand to display the cupcakes and topper cake.

The cupcake flavors included vanilla cake with strawberry frosting and chocolate cake with raspberry chambord frosting. The top cake was red velvet cake with vanilla filling.

This bear themed topper cake with chocolate cupcakes was created for a christening celebration. The topper cake was red velvet with cream cheese icing. Atop the silver, brown and light green polka dotted cake sits a silver bear.

Three layers of vanilla cake with raspberry chambord and chocolate filling make up this teddy bear christening cake. It’s covered in silver, pink and dark brown polka dots and was delivered to the Morris County Golf Club in Morristown, NJ.

This 2 tier christening cake includes pastel color flowers and a pastel stained glass window on the top tier. The bottom tier includes a pastel blue monogram R R A. The flavors included chocolate cake with hazelnut buttercream, vanilla cake with raspberry chambord buttercream. We delivered the cake to La Catena in Roselle Park, NJ.
