Fuschia Christening Cake (1496)
This 4 tier christening cake was inspired by a smaller version of a similar christening cross cake. The front of the cake has “Trinity Jade” written in gold script and the base of each tier are decorated with gold fondant bands. Flavors included vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream, red velvet with vanilla buttercream and chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream.

Your work is amazing. Do you have tutorial videos of how you cover your cakes with fondant? I use Satin Ice and when ever I do covered cakes, I have the worst results…even if they look good to start, within minutes there are areas of the fondant that are cracking and by the next day there are bubbles. bulges. and lots of cracking!
