Fuchsia & Black Sweet 16 Cake

Teresa reached out to us to help design a cake for her daughter’s sweet 16 this last weekend at the New York Palace in the city. The top tier was decorated with white fondant and a black damask pattern with silver piped pearls at the base of the tier. A crystal ‘D’ topper was provided by the family as the topper.

The next tier was decorated with white quilted fondant with silver piped corners and a fuchsia fondant ribbon with a brooch and tails. The final tier, like the top tier, includes the same black damask pattern.

Flavors and fillings included red velvet with cream cheese, chocolate with mocha buttercream and chocolate with oreos and cream buttercream.

Teresa left us this wonderful email after the sweet 16 party and we are thrilled the cake was a hit!
