Frosty the Snowman Cookie

Take a top hat, a red scarf, a carrot nose, and two eyes made out of coal and you have a frosty the snowman cookie!
Fun Fact – did you know that Frosty the Snowman used to have a button nose? Most current interpretations, like our own, use a carrot nose.
