Hi Anne,
I live in Ireland with and am a qualified chef. I absolutely adore what you do, it is such an art, really special! I love would to specialise and make wonderful cakes like that. I hope you don’t mind me asking the name of the course that you studied?I have two children so unfortunately that rules me out from traveling abroad,so hopefully I will find a course here. You are a real inspiration……love your work!!!

How did this printer work out for you? Are you still using it or did you upgrade? I’m looking into getting a food color printer and don’t really know what to go with.
