Francesca’s Penguin Birthday Cake

Francesca celebrated her 1st birthday this past weekend at Forte restaurant in Randolph, NJ. The three tier winter themed topsy turvy cake is decorated with silver and light blue snowflakes. At the top of the tier is a cute penguin sitting next to a pink scrolled ’1′.

The colors of the cakes were coordinated to match the invitation and included light blue, pink and silver. The silver middle tier includes Francesca’s name across the front in glittery white. A pink bow with rolled fondant balls sits at the base of the tier.

Flavors and fillings included vanilla with strawberry and vanilla buttercream, pink marble cake with oreos and cream and raspberry chambord buttercream.
