Fortune Cookie Cake
Posted to All Pastries, Cake Videos, Celebration Cakes, Bat Mitzvah Cakes on Wednesday, February 25th, 2009.We created this fortune cookie cake for an Asian Fusion themed Bar Mitzvah at Confetti in Randolph NJ. Unlike the regular fortune cookie, this cake includes an edible fortune -- “Mazel Tov Spencer”!
Here’s a rather amateur attempt at shooting the fortune cookie cake. I didn’t have a tripod handy, so I apologize for the shakiness. I promise our next video will be much better.

The cake was chocolate with oreos and cream and the fortune cookie was covered in fondant. Thanks for your comment!
