Food Network Challenge

So even though the first Challenge I was in hasn’t aired yet….(it’s supposed to air in the late winter, early spring…I will let you know!) … I’m off to another one this weekend – I don’t think I can tell you very much about it just yet…but just wanted to share the news! Here is the description of the challenge from the Food Network Website:
Four cake decorators will create a birthday cake for a mystery bachelorette. The catch: the competitors will not get to interview the bachelorette. Instead, each competitor will be teamed up with a bachelor who will blindly interview the bachelorette to find out her likes/dislikes and wishes for her cake and then relay this information to the competitor! The bachelor whose cake wins gets a date with the bachelorette.
I am excited to do another challenge….and this time I’m allowed to bring an assistant, which will help A LOT 
! (Cathy will be joining me on Monday!)

I was looking at your display of cakes on your website and was absolutely amazed! I hope to some day be as good as you! When I first started looking through all the pictures I was wondering why you weren’t already on food network…then I read on and saw that you were. You definately deserves to be, and better yet, need to have your own show on there. Everyone loves to watch cake decorating in the making……
