We styled this engagement cake with a black & white pattern. The bottom tier is chocolate with chocolate buttercream, the middle tier is carrot cake with cream cheese and the top tier is red velvet with vanilla buttercream filling.

I’ve been nominated to make my niece’s wedding cake and these are her colors. It says you cut out the black design by hand using a pattern, is there somewhere I could get a copy of the pattern?

Anne, as always, Spectacular! I have gotten hooked on your website. I live in Salisbury NC and we don’t have any cool cake shops like this around! Your pattern you say is by hand. Did you cut the pattern out of fondant? I enjoy watching your video segments. You should do some on your own – video classes that people like me can learn from you. You are talented!!
