I currently make the cakes and cookies for family and friends events and I was wondering what kind of icing you use on your cookies and what you do to make them so trim around the edges. I also have gotten into making cakes with the fondant and was wondering if you had any tips for me as far as the fondant not showing where my layers are. I am so inspired by all of your cakes and I can only hope to do anything even half as good as you!
