Remember our Valentines Day Contest? We had a little trouble getting in touch with the winner and we ended up missing the deadline for Valentine’s Day. So, instead of creating Valentine’s Day Cookies, we created a dozen Easter cookies for the winner.

Your cakes, cookies, cupcakes are all so gorgeous!! I am curious, do you decorate the cookies with fondant? Do you ever use royal icing them? If you do use fondant, and not royal icing, why one over the other?
