Deep Red Rose Wedding Cake (1571)
Our customer provided the crystal topper for this 3 tier round wedding cake. We added deep red sugar roses and covered the cake in white fondant with swiss dots. A black fondant band with double row of pipped pearls cover each tier while the base of the center tier includes a shimmery black band and bow.
Flavors included vanilla cake with oreos and cream buttercream and chocolate buttercream. We delivered the cake to Scalini Fedili Restaurant in Chatham, NJ.
