Dahlias & Hydrangeas Wedding Cake (2293)
Brittany reached out to us nearly a year ago to help design a wedding cake for her wedding at the Raven and the Peach in Fair Haven, NJ.
Working with the bride and groom, we created this four tier square wedding. Highlights include the top tier sugar flower bunch containing open garden roses, hydrangea, ranuculus and dahlias. The cake is covered with quilted ivory fondant, silver piped dots and ivory piped pearls around the base.
Flavors and fillings included almond with two layers of vanilla buttercream and raspberry buttercream and vanilla with two layers of chocolate buttercream and one layer of strawberry buttercream.
