Cowboy Cupcakes and Topper
Royal blue fondant with a red number 1 covers this cake topper we created for a first birthday party. Old-fashioned cowboy themed gold stars and a cowboy on a horse top off the remaining decorations. The topper cake included a chocolate cake with two layers of oreos and cream and one layer of peanut butter filling.
Along with the topper cake we created 45 cupcakes decorated with stars, discs and lassos. The cupcake flavors included chocolate with peanut butter, red velvet with vanilla filling and vanilla with chocolate filling.

The cowboy theme cake is so cute. It reminds me when my little boy was little. The cupcakes sounds yummy.
