Topsy Turvy Graduation Cake (671)

We incorporated several pharmacy elements into this 3 tier topsy turvy cake including a thermometer, pills, stethoscope, mortar and pestle. The cake was for two sisters (Pharmacist & Nurse) who recently graduated from Rutgers. The cake flavors included vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream, red velvet cake with cream cheese filling and chocolate cake with oreos and cream.
