For the US It is The "Lepas The Dips" at Lakemont Park in Altoona PA. This is the Oldest operating wooden coaster. It was built in 1902. It has a small car that holds 4-6 people - goes only 10 mph and has no safety straps etc for the cars. The Cyclone was built in 1927 and is the 2nd oldest still operating coaster in the US . It was tagged as "Americas Favorite" in the 60's. The Cyclone will open for 2009 season on April 5th. Palm Sunday.
