Classic Monsters Birthday Cake (897)

We created this 2 tier topsy turvy cake for a surprise 60th birthday at Rod’s Steak and Seafood Grille in Morristown, NJ.  The birthday boy was a big fan of B-movie monsters so we incorporated some of his favorite creatures.

The cake tiers included chocolate cake with raspberry chambord filling.
