Class 1: Winter Holiday/Christmas Cookie Decorating

When: December 5th 2009 – 3 Hour Class 2pm- 5pm

Lesson will include piping techniques, fondant application and royal icing application. Participants will create 8 regular sized cookies and 4 favor sized cookies.

Class 2: Winter Holiday Cupcake Class

When: Sunday December 6th 2009 – 2 Hour Class 10:30am- 12:30pm

Lesson will include frosting techniques and winter/Christmas themed fondant decorations. Participants will create 12 cupcakes. Break for Bag Lunch 12:30pm – 1:30pm

Class 3: Winter Holiday Cake Decorating Class

When: Sunday December 6th 2009 – 4 Hour Class 1:30pm- 5:30pm

Lesson will include fondanting, Christmas/Winter themed fondant decorations. Participants will create a 2 tier dummy cake (6 inch and 8 inch round)

** Note: All classes are limited to individuals that are 18 years or older **
