Candy Cane & Gingerbread Christmas Cake

We are so sad that Christmas is already over! So to help keep the spirit alive here’s a 3 tier candy cane and gingerbread cake we made for the Christmas season.

The top tier is covered in white fondant with various sized red and green polka dots. Sitting on top of the tier is a fondant gingerbread figure surrounded by fondant candy canes and peppermint wrapped candies.

The next tier is covered in green fondant with a red center band and bow. The final tier is covered in white fondant with red and green stripes. Flavors and fillings included chocolate with oreos and cream buttercream, vanilla with raspberry chambord buttercream and smores.
