First Holy Communion Cake
Posted to All Pastries, Celebration Cakes, First Communion Cakes on Friday, May 5th, 2006.This is a moist white cake filled with one layer of ganache and one layer of whipped cream and strawberries. Covered in marzipan, and decorated with fondant flowers.
The decorations for this cake are similar to an earlier Christening Cake I did back in early April.
