So we were excited when Brooke from Tackeff Photography emailed us photos from Rachel & Danny’s wedding at Cafe Panache in Ramsey NJ. We created a cherry blossom wedding cake for this wedding and had posted about the cake back in September. Here are the photos from Tackeff Photography. One last thing…. even though the first Food Network Challenge I was in hasn’t aired yet….(it’s supposed to air in the late winter, early spring)…I’m going to do another one next month! Very exciting – and will give more details soon!!

This cake is so elegant–the blossom design definitely reflects a building trend. I love the pale pink!

Good Morning! I am friends with Brooke Rohrer and was lucky enough to sample one of the cupcakes you made for her 30th birthday party. YUM. She sent me your website and I must admit: I am, seriously, obsessed with your blog. I just think these cakes are the coolest things I’ve ever seen and I really admire you for having the guts to leave a good gig in the business world and go after what you really wanted to do. And to have so much success, too…just awesome!!
