Champagne Wedding Cake (1814)
We are excited about another wedding season at the bakery! To kick things off, here is cake we created for a wedding at the Chelsea Piers Lighthouse in New York City.
The three tier round wedding cake is covered in a champagne fondant and shimmery fondant bands at the base of each tier. Swiss dots decorate the first tier, while the second tier includes an intricate black damask stencil. The bottom tier is finished off with a quilted pattern and champagne dots in the corners.
Cake flavors included chocolate with chocolate buttercream and vanilla with almond buttercream.
