Centerpiece Gerbera Daisy Cupcakes (1294)

Continuing the gerber theme this week, we created 130 gerber daisy cupcakes for a bridal show this weekend at the Essex Fells Country Club. The cupcakes were arranged on stands as flower centerpieces at each table. The colors included bright pink, yellow, orange, blue, lime and purple and flavors included pink velvet with vanilla buttercream, vanillca cake with vanilla buttercream and chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream.

With Mother’s day fast approaching, I think these cupcakes would also make a good gift – an edible substitute for flowers
