We had the honor of appearing on the Martha Stewart Special Art of Wedding Cakes II with such talented cake designers like Ron Ben Israel, Sylvia Weinstock and Elisa Strauss.

Our segment highlighted our groom’s cakes including our popular cheeseburger cake, beer cake, and a rafting cake we created for a outdoor enthusiast. Below is a clip from the special:

Off to the right you’ll notice our dresser cake that we recreated for the Morris magazine shoot. The original dresser cake was created for the British Pine Emporium in Madison, NJ.

This is our first attempt at putting together a series of videos demonstrating some decorating techniques with fondant and royal icing on sugar cookies. We broke up the video into 4 parts, click on any image to view the video:
