Petit Fours for Baby Shower

These petit fours were a few of the 80 we created for a baby shower.  The colors were blue, yellow and white, as a boy is expected.  The flavors included chocolate with raspberry preserves covered in dark chocolate, vanilla with lemon and white chocolate and vanilla covered in fondant.

These sweet petit fours are made of 3 layers of chocolate souffle cake layered with rasberry preserves, and dipped in chocolate glaze.  Fondant flowers complete the cakes for a garden party.
