Candy Themed Sweet 16 Cake
We included lollipops, jolly ranchers, smarties, kisses, and jelly beans for this sweet 16 candy themed cake. Inside the topsy turvy cake was vanilla cake with oreos and cream filling. Bright colored polka dots and stripes highlight the top and bottom tiers and an orange fondant bow highlights the pink middle tier.

How do you create the numbers? Are they out of fondant, how do you get them stiff? Love this cake! Love all your cakes.
