Figure Modeling Cake Topper Class at Craftsy!

We first came across Craftsy last year and posted about their great line-up of cake decorating instructors this past fall.

This year we had the opportunity to fly out to Denver to tape our very first Craftsy class. And today we are thrilled to announce the class is now live!

The class is called Cake Topper Techniques Figure Modeling! As the name suggests, the class is focused on modeling gum paste figures. The class was a lot of fun and during the class I walk through the creation of several different figures. Each gum paste figure was given their own name and each was created with their own unique personality. Let me introduce you to each of them!

First was Henry, the pea-in-a-pod baby.
