Do you offer Cake Decorating Classes?
Several people have asked us if Pink Cake Box runs any pastry classes:
I am very interested in learning how to decorate cakes. Have you thought about offering classes? I’m a few towns over from you. And can’t even figure out how to properly seal the fondant to the cupcake so it looks seamless.
We offer both group classes and private classes for small groups and individuals. Head over to our cake decorating schedule for a current listing.
We also have a pair of cake decorating DVDs available for those looking to learn more about our techniques.

I am writing from Nassau, Bahamas. I was looking online for cake decorating classes in the New York area but somehow came across your website and absolutely fell in love with the look of your cakes, cupcakes and cookies.
I know that you are not presently offering cake decorating classes but I am very interested in attending your sessions in the fall. When available, can you please provide me with details of your classes (i.e. schedule, cost etc.) so that I can make preparation to attend.

I saw that you were offering classes- I hope I didn’t miss them! I love decorating cakes, cupcakes, cookies… but I’m a little afraid of fondant- I’ve been painfully icing everything! I hope I didn’t miss the classes but if I did I hope you think about offering them again sometime soon!

Samantha – we held a class recently for the NY & NJ Cake meetup groups. But do not despair, as we are working on setting up dates soon for future classes
Does food network know about you? I hope so! You need to go kick some you-know-what on their challenge show or give Duff a run for his money! I love your work!

We haven’t scheduled official classes yet. Stay tuned. In terms of location we are located in Northern NJ which is roughly west of the places you mentioned. Check the map here.
