The lemon chiffon cake is filled with raspberry white chocolate mousse. Heap believes that matching the cake’s flowers to those used in bouquets is a popular trend. “Mimicking a bride’s gown and bouquet is a wonderful way to translate the bride’s style onto a cake”, she says.
