Topsy Turvy Butterfly Graduation Cake

Angelina celebrated her graduation with this 3 tier topsy turvy cake. The top tier is covered in lilac blue fondant and decorated with purple, pearly white and silver fondant stripes. Perched above the tier is a replica of Angelina’s white graduation cap with a silver tassel. A white rolled diploma with silver tie sits next to the cap.

The next tier includes a large diamond quilted pattern with glittery dots in between each diamond. Across the middle of the tier is a banner congratulating Angelina on her achievement.

The final tier is decorated with cutout swirls in purple with accents of piped silver dots and crystal picks. Eight crystal butterflies in purples, white, pink and yellow surround the cake to round out the decorations.

Flavors and fillings included vanilla with hazelnut, chocolate with peanut and oreos buttercream and purple velvet with vanilla and raspberry chambord buttercream. We delivered the cake to La Cucina di Clemenza in Millburn, NJ.
