We tried a different location within the store when snapping the photo of this 2 tier pale pink birthday cake adorned with sugar flowers and butterflies. It’s filled with vanilla cake and vanilla filling.

I use a bench scrapper to achieve the sharp edges. Check out the forums at Baking with Rose Levy Bernabaum for more info. Her Cake Bible book is a must have for any cake decorator
