First came the engagement cake, and this weekend we had the pleasure of creating this 2 tier bridal shower cake for our customer. The top of the cake has a brown sugar treasure chest with a diamond ring on top. The base of each tier has gold cummerbunds with gold starfish, glitter and a crystal brooch. Fondant sea shells and gold glitter round out the base of the cake. Flavors included coconut cake with 2 layers of raspberry buttercream and one layer of coconut buttercream.

I was admiring the bridal shower treasure chest cake. I’m getting married in Myrtle Beach, SC and have been looking for a cake topper that is something like this. Is there any way you can put me in the right direction to get a topper like this. It would really pull together the whole wedding. Thank you in advance!

This is such a beautiful, hapy cake. I love your beach-themed cakes, but this one is my absolute favorite. The blue and gold coloring is gorgeous and I love the sand. Is that made of brown sugar? I agree with the person above that the topper is the best part. It gives the cake a really romantic feel!
