Bridal Guide Wedding Cake
You can find one of our wedding cakes in the latest issue of Bridal Guide. We were asked to create a nature-inspired cake suitable for a nature-loving bride. The cake featured a motif of branches with two love birds on the top tier.

gorgeous. are the branches fondant or gumpaste? and do you have a form of some kind that you place them on to dry so that they dry in the right shape? i know you can’t reveal too many secrets… your work is incredible and we appreciate you sharing your creations!

Hi dana - Thanks for the compliment. The branches are made out of chocolate fondant.
